Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Promoters:

The promoters are:

Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) of Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (Intrepid);

And 

Merry People Designs Pty Ltd (ABN 55 161 789 493), 3-9 Yarra Street, Abbotsford, VIC 3067 Australia (Merry People).

Competition Period:

The Competition commences at 00:01am PT on June 26, 2026, and ends at 11:59pm PT on July 31, 2026 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be valid.

Entry Eligibility: 

The competition is open to entrants based in United States of America, aged 18 years or older by June 25, 2026, and excludes employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available (Eligible Entrant).

• Name;
• Email Address;
• Country of Residence;

Agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize:

The prize will be determined by Intrepid in accordance with these Competition Terms and Conditions:

• Intrepid Travel prize: One booking of an Intrepid small group adventure for the prize winner and a guest (2 people total) on an Intrepid trip to one of the following destinations, dependent on availability, details outlined here:
  • Western USA National Parks Loop [ARV $2,450pp USD];
  • Hiking and Camping in Yellowstone [ARV $2,580pp USD];
  • Hiking in Yosemite National Park [ARV $2,930pp USD].
• Merry People prize: 
  • 2 pairs of Bobbi gumboots of their choice (ARV $280 USD) 
  • 2 sets of Merry People quarter socks and care kits (ARV $148 USD) 

(together, the Prize).

Winners can select their preferred trip, but the final decision on the destination and trip will be made by Intrepid Travel.

Prize does not include flights to or from the start and finishing points of the trip, airport transfers, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary or as outlined in these Terms and conditions.

Prize terms and conditions:

This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time. By entering and/or participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to be bound by and comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth, the interpretation and decisions of which are determined by the Promoter, which shall be final:

The prize must be fully booked/redeemed by September 30, 2026, and travel must have commenced by December 15, 2026.

The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize.

It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date.

The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.

This prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, meals, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kitties not covered by the itinerary.

Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed.

The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.

The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travelers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation.

Prize Draw Date:

There will be 1 winner who may invite a guest (2 people total) determined in respect of this Sweepstakes.

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of eligible entries in the draw upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on August 3rd.

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the Sweepstakes.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on August 14, 2026.

The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. 

If by August 28, 2026 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.

Collection and use of your personal information:

Personal Information including the Eligible Entrant’s [Name, address, email] will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service.

The Promoter is based in Australia. By entering, entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Australia and other jurisdictions where the Promoter or its service providers operate, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please see the Promoter’s privacy policy and collection notice for this Competition for more information about how we use your personal information.

Jurisdiction:

The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in the United States of America.

General:

The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
