We offer free shipping and returns within the contiguous US for orders over $50.

Standard Ground: 2 - 6 business days

Express: $20 | 2 - 3 business days (PO Boxes not accepted)

International Express: 5 - 7 business days (only for stock fulfilled from our Australian warehouse - option will show at checkout)

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 12pm (EDT) on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

We want you to love your Merry People products. You can always exchange or return your order for free within the USA, so long as:

Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.

Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Get started on an exchange or return at the Returns Centre using your order number and email.

We will cover the cost of you returning the boots to us if you're in the USA.

We stand behind the quality of our boots, and offer a 12 month warranty.
