We offer free shipping and returns within the contiguous US & Canada for orders over $50.

Standard Ground: 2 - 7 business days

2-Day Express: $20 | 2 - 3 business days (PO Boxes not accepted)

International Express: 5 - 7 business days (only for stock fulfilled from our Australian warehouse - option will show at checkout)

Same day dispatch: If you place your order before 12pm (PST) on a weekday it’ll be on it's way to you the same day.

Holiday delivery window:

Regular Post: 13/12/24 before 12 PDT
2-day express: 18/12/24 before 12 PDT

Returns & Exchanges

We want you, or the gift receiver, to be in love with this purchase. If the size or color isn't quite right or if they need to be returned for another reason, please let us know and we can offer you an exchange or a full refund.

We have extended the returns window from our usual 30 days. Orders placed from the start of November to 24th December 2024 will be eligible for an extended returns period of 90 days.

We will cover the cost of you returning the boots to us if you're in USA or Canada.

Faulty or Flawed Products?

We stand behind the quality of our boots, and offer a 12 month warranty.
