I have been looking and looking for a pair of boots that I can just pull on at the back door and head out into the garden. Iām a little bit old and a little bit chubby š and these boots are perfect!! So easy to pull on and off.

This is my first purchase of Merry People boots and the product I bought said to use with a spray nozzle from a previous Rubber Boot Treatment. There have been no previous purchases. Disappointing as I now have to buy a spray nozzle so I can treat before wwearing

It looks like the item purchased was the refill only, which doesnāt include the spray nozzle ā thatās part of the full care kit. Totally understand how that could be frustrating, especially on a first purchase, and weāll make sure this is more clearly stated on our website moving forward.
The good news is you can absolutely wear your boots straight away without applying the treatment first š

I got this but there was no sponge or cloth, not sure if that was supposed to be included?

Thanks for your review and for giving the Rubber Boot Treatment 4 stars! š We're sorry for the confusion about the sponge or cloth - the treatment refill doesn't actually come with an applicator included, but we totally understand how that might not be clear! A soft cloth or sponge works perfectly for applying it, and most people find they have something suitable at home. We appreciate your feedback though, as it helps us think about how we can make the product details clearer for future customers! Hope you love how it keeps your boots looking fresh āØ
