How do I measure my foot length?

Stand with your weight evenly distributed across both feet. Place a ruler or measuring tape against a wall and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe (this isn't always your big toe). Measure both feet and use the longer measurement when choosing your size. If you usually wear thick socks with your boots, measure with the socks on.

Which insole should I measure?

Use the inner sole length column in the measurement chart above. Match your foot length to the inner sole length for the size you're considering. Your foot should be the same length as the inner sole, or up to about 1 cm shorter, so the inner sole is the same length as your foot or very slightly longer. Bobbi inner soles run from 23 cm (EU 36) to 30.9 cm (EU 45).

What do I do if I'm a half size? Are these true to size?

Yes, our boots fit true to size. If you're a half size, don't guess based on your usual shoe size. Measure your foot and choose the size where the inner sole is 0.5 to 1 cm longer than your foot. The inner sole length for each size is in the measurement chart above.

Where should I measure to get an accurate measurement of the width?

Measure across the widest part of your foot (around the ball of the foot / bunion joints), then compare to the innersole width on the size chart. Our boots are a standard B width.

If I'm a half size am I better to go up or down a size?

Neither by default. Measure your foot first. The right size is the one where the inner sole is 0.5 to 1 cm longer than your foot (use the inner sole length column in the measurement chart above). The neoprene lining will soften and mould to your feet over time like memory foam, so a slightly snug start is normal.

What size should I go for if I have one foot bigger than the other?

Go with the size that fits your larger foot. If the difference is significant, you can remove the innersole on the larger side for up to half a size extra room, or add an orthotic to the smaller side for a snugger fit.

Perfect fit for wide calves/thick legs!
These boots are absolutely amazing! They fit perfectly. If you have thicker legs or wide calves but struggle with tight ankle openings, these are exactly what you need-they fit my legs beautifully but are not tight at all around the ankles.
They are extremely comfortable, with a soft and warm interior that feels great. The colour is absolutely beautiful and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Perfect for fall in Ohio.
These ankle boots are perfect for rainy fall days. They are cute enough for an outfit and indestructible enough to wear for yard work, taking out the trash, etc. I chose sand because it will combine well with jeans of any color or sweats. I am an 8.5 and the 9 was way too big. The 8 still gives me some room for a thicker sock in the winter. The size exchange was really easy. The new pair arrived before my exchange arrived back to them!

Wedding boots
This might sound weird, but I bought these boots to go to a wedding. What can I say about them… they were fabulous! Not only do they look great, but they are sooooo comfy.
My partner joked that he’d wait until I reported what damage they’d caused before saying how much he liked them. I usually blister in new shoes, but not these.
Six hours of wear on first day and my feet are just loving them.
I’ve now been on long dog walks with them too and can also say they are good and grippy on steep hills.
So, in summary
They are warm and cosy, very comfortable, have great grip, and look amazing.
Is it wrong to be in love with boots?
These have rarely been off my feet since they arrived… think I need to invest in a different colourway.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Absolutely love my bobbis! I’ve taken 3 years to pluck up the courage to think they would look good on me & I am so pleased with them. As a busy Nanna to 4 young granddaughters I am in & out the house & garden & park … & school pick up & not to mention my own social group gatherings & just wanted a cool easy look. So comfy & easy to style.
So pleased am contemplating g getting a green pair too! 😉
