Hi! I’m Dani. I grew up on a dairy farm wearing rain boots. Fast forward to 2014, while working a corporate job, I couldn’t find comfy, stylish, all-weather boots. That inspired me to create Merry People. I hope our boots bring comfort and a little extra joy to your everyday adventures!

I bought these boots about a month ago. They have become my everyday boots. I love them. They are comfy and keep my feet extra warm. They have been on hikes through puddles and mud and my feet still stay cozy. Normally I have my daughter break in new shoes. Not these they were comfortable since day 1. I will definitely be buying more for my Alaskan adventures.

Bought these after some umming and arghing as my walking boots were leaking and after every walk my socks were wet through. I thought the price was pricy for what looked like a pair of wellies. Anyway I took the plunge after reading reviews and a pair of decent walking boots are pricy and I am glad I did.
They are comfy,easy to walk in and have the added benefit they are stylish and can be worn with jeans,skirts etc instead of walking gear.
I was spoilt for choice with colours but glad I chose the Dark Cherry.
Definitely recommend and worth the price.
Just need to purchase the cleaning kit now.

How I love my black Bobby Wellington boots.
Just bought them 2 weeks ago and took them with me on a 5 mile hike in the mountains in the Lake District.
No problem at all! Not one blister going up and down the mountain.
I find them very flexible and comfy.
My feet stayed dry and warm.
I normally have a size 38,5 but bought my wellies in 39 as I like to wear some comfy socks in my boots.
Perfect!

So glad I got these just in time for rainy season in Glasgow! Comfy and completely dry, even in heavy rain and stepping through deep puddles. Comfortable to wear for cycling or walking, and fashionable enough to wear them for my commute and then keep them on while at work too. They look great with jeans, trousers, tights, etc. Really pleased.
