Website is easy to navigate, clear options and accurate sizing charts. I ordered a size too big- exchange was easy and fast. Team at Melb store super helpful.
The boot itself is comfy and warm. Just lost a star for being smaller in toe box height compared to a bit loose in the heel area resulting in a bit of slip when walking, but I do have long feet with skinny ankles. Width is great, game change for early morning Winter dog walks
