How do I measure my foot length?

Stand with your weight evenly distributed across both feet. Place a ruler or measuring tape against a wall and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe (this isn't always your big toe). Measure both feet and use the longer measurement when choosing your size. If you usually wear thick socks with your boots, measure with the socks on.

Which insole should I measure?

Use the inner sole length column in the measurement chart above. Match your foot length to the inner sole length for the size you're considering. Your foot should be the same length as the inner sole, or up to about 1 cm shorter, so the inner sole is the same length as your foot or very slightly longer. Bobbi inner soles run from 23 cm (EU 36) to 30.9 cm (EU 45).

What do I do if I'm a half size? Are these true to size?

Yes, our boots fit true to size. If you're a half size, don't guess based on your usual shoe size. Measure your foot and choose the size where the inner sole is 0.5 to 1 cm longer than your foot. The inner sole length for each size is in the measurement chart above.

Where should I measure to get an accurate measurement of the width?

Measure across the widest part of your foot (around the ball of the foot / bunion joints), then compare to the innersole width on the size chart. Our boots are a standard B width.

If I'm a half size am I better to go up or down a size?

Neither by default. Measure your foot first. The right size is the one where the inner sole is 0.5 to 1 cm longer than your foot (use the inner sole length column in the measurement chart above). The neoprene lining will soften and mould to your feet over time like memory foam, so a slightly snug start is normal.

What size should I go for if I have one foot bigger than the other?

Go with the size that fits your larger foot. If the difference is significant, you can remove the innersole on the larger side for up to half a size extra room, or add an orthotic to the smaller side for a snugger fit.

Bobbi Boots
I'm now on my third pair of bobby boots. Wear them every day , in every season when walking the dog. We always end up muddy or in water! They are so comfortable, I wear them on long walks/ hikes too.
I am a size 4 1/2 and I size down to a 4. They are snug (but not uncomfortable) at first but do mould to your feet so they are perfect after a couple of weeks.
I recommend these to everyone. They are easy to get on and off, very comfortable, don't slip off your feet when you walk and they do last.

Literally only boot I've worn all winter
Okay so I go these in April (sister and I went halves as my birthday present) but wanted to give them a full winter season to review properly. They have certainly had a full winter season and they are amazing. So comfy, so easy to clean & dry, and so versatile! Well worth the purchase and they go with so many outfits. Worn them in the office at work, out for walks (most of my photos), into town on the weekends, with all different types of pants & jeans, and skirts and dresses ( no pictures but trust they looked really cute with A-line style and denim in particular). Every single wet day, I've built my outfit of choice around them... they are awesome! Can just mindlessly take them into any terrain and then wash em off with the garden hose or in the laundry tub if they get dirty (so good for winter muddy & wet parks everywhere).
I have high arches, narrow mid foot and wide toe box and they fit very comfortably. They are a smidge roomy for me in the vertical height (around toes and heels in particular) but I went up a size to a 10 from my usual 9-9.5 for the toe box width and room for thick socks (as they suggest too), which was a great call cause they still stay on fine and are comfy with thinner socks - but only wear long socks with them cause the neoprene lip can dig into your bare skin a little bit, on certain angles.
The Bobbi is a good all rounder cause the heel is low and still good for walks around parks / town, but I reckon I'll upgrade my always-too-narrow black…
