I ordered a pair of these for my daughter as a Christmas gift.
My daughter tried them on and found them unwearable.
The top cuff around the right boot is 2cm smaller than the left boot making them uncomfortable to wear.
I requested a replacement pair and was sent another pair with the same defect. I have now requested my money back. Disappointed
MPMerry People3 months agoHi Rachel, I'm so sorry to hear about this disappointing experience with your daughter's Christmas gift. Having a manufacturing defect like this is completely unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating it must be to receive not one, but two pairs with the same issue.
We sincerely apologise that this has happened and that we weren't able to resolve it with the replacement pair. A 2cm difference in the cuff sizing is definitely a quality control issue on our end, and this isn't the standard we hold ourselves to.

This is my third pair of Merry Boots. I dont wear them as a fashion statement. I have a farm and they get a real workout. I wear them in the paddock everyday and they always last about 2 years. My only issue is when they are new they are really tight across my foot and they take a while to stretch and wear in, otherwise I love them. I love the range of colours as well.
