Sizing Recommendations

We recommend the inner sole of the Darcy boot to be around the same length as your foot. The natural rubber and neoprene lining will soften over time.

If you are a half size we recommend sizing down as the boots run a half size larger e.g. size 8.5 would be a size 8.

We suggest you go with your standard shoe size (don't order bigger for socks.) If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks.

We wanted to create a boot that was a step up from our Bobbi rainboot, with increased height coverage, increased functionality for wet and muddy conditions, suitability for different calf sizes - whilst also maintaining versatility so that you can wear from morning to night, city to country as an everyday fashion boot!

Merry People boots have been designed to be a lifestyle boot. While our slip resistant soles have undergone testing, they have not been designed as a work safety or snow boot. Please note, this sole is not necessarily slip-resistant on surfaces with oil or the combination of water and oil.
